The WPK series connector is a single circuit wire-to-wire 'water proof' connector that has a 7.0 Amp current rating, using wire size 0.5~0.85mm2.

Originally designed for automotive applications, the connector features a strong inner housing lock mechanism to mitigate the effect of external forces, and a flat contact spring configuration to maintain excellent excellent electrical performance in testing environmental conditions.

 

 

 

 

  • Waterproof performance

High waterproof performance is 7 ingress protection of JIS C 0920 (IEC 60529 IPX7).

  • Contained seal ring

Seal ring is completely contained in housing and protects from dust, scratch, etc. from outside.

  • Proven contact configuration

Contact has adopted the spring configuration of flat quick connect terminal to ensure a good connection at all times.

  • Inner-housing lock

This inner-housing lock, prevented from influence of external force due to the routing of wires, has adopted to mate securely plug and receptacle housing.

  • Compact design

Wire-to-wire waterproof type connector with maximum outside dimensions as 12.2mm (.480") long and 10.4mm (.490") wide is designed.
